Is Wali Marriage a dating app?
No. It is a Muslim marriage app. Everyone on it is looking for marriage, a conversation opens only after an interest is accepted, and the wali and the families take part.
How does the wali take part?
A woman can link her wali to her account. Once he has verified his identity, he approves a connection before the conversation opens, can read the conversation, and can talk with the other family in a thread both of you can read.
Who sees my photos?
A woman's photos and name stay hidden from men until she chooses to share them with one person, after a connection is approved, and she can hide her photos again.
What does it cost?
Joining, browsing and replying to an interest are free. Paid plans add capacity, such as more conversations at once; they never buy access to people. The first 1,000 members get 60 days of Premium free, with no card.
Can we do the nikah online through the app?
No. Wali Marriage helps two families meet and decide. The nikah itself is done the usual way, with the wali, two witnesses and an imam or a knowledgeable person both families trust.
When does it open?
