A careful photo system
Every photo you upload is stripped of EXIF metadata before storage. Images run through automated content moderation, and are blurred server-side until viewing is permitted by the relationship state. You decide what is shared and when.
Bucketed distance, not coordinates
We never share your GPS coordinates. Distance is bucketed to your city — enough to know whether someone is geographically reasonable, and nothing more.
Identity verification at launch
Every profile is verified by a human reviewer using a government-issued ID and a live selfie. This is manual at launch — slower, but more reliable than automated systems.
Wali read access, framed clearly
When a sister names her wali, the wali sees the same conversation she sees. This is disclosed to both parties before any chat begins. Privacy expectations are explicit, not implicit.
